Open SketchUp and Choose the Correct Template
When user open SketchUp, the welcome interface appears firstly, where user can choose the "simple" template with the unit set to "meters" to create a new model. This unit will affect the default display of lengths in some places within SketchUp. Alternatively, user can also click "Open File→ My Device" to select a previously saved file.
Some user may experience issues occasionally such as stuttering or appearing a white screen on the welcome interface. User can disable the welcome interface of SketchUp if it affects usage. Please refer to the "Close the welcome interface" section for more details.
Show the Toolbar
After entering the SketchUp window, if the Candela3D toolbar is not displayed, right-click in the top toolbar area of SketchUp and check the required options, or open the “View → Toolbars” menu and check the desired items: "Candela3D", "Candela3D Advanced", "Candela3D Drone", "Candela3D Shading object" and "Candela3D simulation" .
