Update highlights:

Update Description:

1. Project settings

When the longitude and latitude are outside China, the province, city, and district are not displayed

When calculating the capacity and electric current of a medium voltage circuit, the function of using transformer capacity or inverter capacity is available. Users can switch the calculation mode in "MV electrical connection capacity and cable" in Cable related 1 of User settings

The function of specifying cable section based on capacity has been added for MV cables

When using "Calculate cable section based on ampacity" for MV cables, add the function related to the "correction factor" of ampacity

Fix the bug that causes an error when exporting the cable list in some scenarios.

3) Other modifications

Optimize the performance of Calculate all cables and Export the Cable list

All cable section ranges support the use of Chinese commas as separators
