Reinstall or update Candela3D

If an older version of "Candela3D" is already installed on user's computer and its necessary to install the new version, user need to uninstall the old version of "Candela3D" firstly and restart SketchUp. Here's the detailed process.

Step 1:Click on the "Extension" which is located in menu bar (or "Window" for versions before 2021), and select "Extensions Manager".

Step 2:Click on the "Manage" tab in the "Extensions Manager".

Step 3:Click the "Uninstall" button next to "Candela3D" in the "Manage" tab.

Step 4:Click "Uninstall" in the pop-up dialog box.

Step 5:Restart SketchUp after the uninstallation, and follow the steps to reinstall Candela3D.
