7.9 Cost estimate

According to users settings, a cost estimation table can be generated and exported. Users can adjust cost estimates by modifying "Settings" and "Price library". Users can modify "Price library", the modified data will be saved locally, and will be used later. Press "Price library" button to download the latest price online.

7.9.1 Estimation Method

Except for the substation and transmission line, which are estimated based on the voltage level and quantity at the total price, all others are estimated based on the unit price.

Ⅰ.Equipment purchase fee
1.PV module	According to the selected module type, query the price library to obtain.
2.Rack	By querying the price library, the price for a standard ground clearance height of 0.5 meters can be calculated. Based on the actual ground clearance height h of the array, the price coefficient can be calculated as 0.9+h * 0.2. The final price is: standard cost * cost coefficient.
3.AC/DC combiner box	When there is no combiner box, the value is 0, otherwise query the price library.
4.Inverter	According to the inverter type and system voltage, the price library is queried and calculated, and then divided by the default capacity ratio of 1.2.
5.Box transformer	Query price library by transformer type and grid voltage level.
6.All cables	Retrieve the standard cost from the price database and multiply it by the cost coefficient (sqrt (unit kilowatt area/11)). If it is a mountainous project, multiply by 1.3.
7 Equipment of grid point	Calculate the standard cost based on voltage level, quantity, and price library query. Divide the cost into 70% fixed and 30% capacity related.
8.Access point renovation	Calculated by querying the price library based on voltage level and quantity.
9.Output line	Calculated by querying the price library based on voltage level and distance.
Ⅱ.Building and installation fee
10.Civil installation fee (including materials)	Calculated by querying the price library based on capacity and site type. 20% of it is related to capacity, and in the same category, the smaller the capacity, the higher the unit price.
Ⅲ.Other expenses
11.Rental fee (1# year)	Available Area * Rent
12.Construction management fee	Select based on capacity
13.Production preparation fee	Calculated by querying the price library
14.Design fee	According to the capacity, the price library is queried and calculated

7.9.2 When accurate equipment models and quantities are available, adjust some of the costs accordingly

When there are already device models and quantities in the model, recalculate the cost of the following devices based on their models and quantities:

1) Combiner box

2) Inverter

3) Transformer

4) Cables
